These terms explain the conditions for using Muffle and purchasing digital vouchers. Review them before checkout, together with the Privacy policy and the conditions of your selected card.

Agreement and scope

These terms apply to the Muffle website, checkout, payment instructions and order pages. By placing an order, you agree to the terms applicable to that purchase. If you do not agree, do not place an order.

We, us and our refer to Muffle. You refers to the person using the service or placing the order. Product-specific conditions shown for a card also apply to its purchase and use.

Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or protections that cannot lawfully be waived. Where a provision conflicts with such a protection, the protection takes precedence to the extent required.

The purchase process includes selecting a brand and value, reviewing payment instructions, sending funds and receiving the available redemption details. Information about one stage should be read alongside the other stages, because an order can remain incomplete even after a transfer has been submitted.

Keep a copy of the order reference and the instructions that apply when you purchase. General promotional descriptions explain what you can do with your Fomo balance; they do not replace the particular country, value or redemption restrictions attached to the option you select.
